Positions he has held include; General Manager of Avon Products, Japan{Based in Tokyo}, Strategic Planning Director and Regional General Manager for Asia with Gillette, V.P. of Sales and Marketing International for Mary Kay and Chief Operating Officer International for Excel Communications. He was most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Colorado based Universal Life Sciences. Malcolm is multi-lingual, speaking Portuguese, Spanish and French. He has coached and mentored many executives over the years.
