This group is designed for individuals in business development, fundraising, and/or sales roles in any size of organizations (including education and non-profits). Members will discuss strategies, share sales tools, creativity, support, and business development ideas.
This peer group will cover topics relating to the challenges women face as they pursue their business growth and development. Topics include, but are not limited to:
Pipeline Development, Marketing Strategies, Grant Writing 101, Holiday Giving, Capital Campaigns, and New Tools and Resource Sharing.
Format: Networking, group introductions (name, business name, connection to topic), speaker from the community or inside the group, small group networking.
Accountability: In order for our programming to be effective and for our members to grow and connect, these peer groups will meet monthly. This is for members only, with guests (non-members and members not currently involved in the group) allowed to attend up to two times.

With a background in B2C and B2B sales, Katie wastrained in Executive Coaching and LeadershipDevelopment at the Co-Active Training Institute in SanRafael, California. She's a CPCC (Certified ProfessionalCo-Active Coach) and an ACC (Associate Certified Coach)with the International Coach Federation.
