Intuitive Instincts: The Skill Every CEO Uses, But Doesn’t Know About
As a CEO you are making 100s of decisions each day. Most leaders like you, when they are trying to address a challenge, solve a problem, or move things forward, will frequently follow a series of steps to arrive at a decision. You might assess the overall picture, try to understand what is missing and review the individual pieces that may or may not fit. The system you use for making decisions likely works and it is mostly cognitively based. But there have been times in your business or in your life where you didn’t follow your normal decision-making processes. Instead you just knew or had an instinct what the right choice would be. Those moments might seem like a fluke or something you can’t count on.
However, it is possible to learn to use your intuition anywhere, anytime about any kind of decision. Whether you are trying to choose who to go out with or which doctor’s office is the right fit for your child. It is possible to use your intuition whether you are feeling relaxed and happy or super stressed out and confused. It is 100% possible to use your intuition to sort out what is important from not important information before you determine the next steps for your business and what growth could look like like. The power of self-awareness can be a tool for being happy and successful.

Format: Networking, group introductions (name, business name, connection to topic), speaker from the community or inside the group (20 minutes), table conversation and group reflection.
