This is a peer-to-peer networking group that is for non-competitive businesses so executives can feel free to share business challenges with their peer group and have good, facilitated conversations. The group can be thought of as a peer advisory group for small to mid-size businesses with 10 or more employees and revenues above or near the $1 million mark.
Format: Networking, group introductions (name, business name, connection to topic), speaker from the community or inside the group (20 minutes), table conversation and group reflection.
Accountability: In order for our programming to be effective and for our members to grow and connect, these peer groups will meet monthly. This is for members only, with guests (non-members and members not currently involved in the group) allowed to attend up to two times. A completed application will be required to join these forums.
We'll begin the discussion at 11:00 a.m. sharp and wrap-up by 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be served (if we are meeting in person).
