Event Description:
This is a peer-to-peer networking group that is for non-competitive businesses so executives can feel free to share business challenges with their peer group and have good, facilitated conversations. The group can be thought of as a peer advisory group for  small to mid-size businesses with 10 or more employees and revenues above or near the $1 million mark.

We'll begin with lunch and networking at 11:00 a.m. sharp  and wrap-up by 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be served.

Topic: Run the Numbers:  Understand How Activity Correlates to Financial 
This discussion will help CEO’s to think about how to make goal attainment more reliable. Starting with CEO compensation and the revenue goals for the company, Annette will talk about how to create a work plan that clarifies the activity and resources required to achieve financial goals. This will include some discussion about the importance of having more than one strategy for driving outcomes.

Annette Quintana, Chief Executive Officer, Istonish

Annette brings more than 30 years of business experience and a strong entrepreneurial spirit to Istonish.  Founded by Annette and her sister, Victoria, in 1995, the company has grown into an international business serving government, corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Annette’s leadership, vision, and competitive drive continues to inspire the evolution of new and compelling technology solutions offerings for current and future customers.  Her credibility as a business leader has been recognized by several prestigious organizations and institutions and she has received several recognitions and leadership awards to acknowledge her leadership role in building an innovative, successful company, creating a positive work environment, and her leadership and involvement in the Denver community. Some recognitions include: Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Colorado Technology Association CEO of the Year, Colorado Latino Hall of Fame Inductee for Business, Innovation, Science, and Technology, and inclusion on the list of Most Powerful Women in Colorado. Annette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University.
