The group can be thought of as a peer advisory group for small to mid-size businesses with 10 or more employees and revenues above or near the $1 million mark.

This discussion will help CEO’s to think about how to make goal attainment more reliable. Starting with CEO compensation and the revenue goals for the company, Annette will talk about how to create a work plan that clarifies the activity and resources required to achieve financial goals. This will include some discussion about the importance of having more than one strategy for driving outcomes.
