New in 2020, our corporate women's group is moving to a forum style meeting, taking place every month.
Don't let the name fool you - this forum is designed for any woman looking to advance in her career. If you work for a small organization, non profit, Fortune 500, etc. and are navigating your career growth, this group is for you.
This forum will cover topics relating to the challenges women face as they pursue their career, development, and growth. Topics include, but are not limited to:
Company culture, Unconscious Bias, Mentorship/Sponsorship, Advocating for Yourself
Format: Networking, group introductions (name, business name, connection to topic), speaker from the community or inside the group (20 minutes), table conversation and group reflection.
Accountability: In order for our programming to be effective and for our members to grow and connect, these peer groups will meet monthly. This is for members only, with guests (non-members and members not currently involved in the group) allowed to attend up to two times. A completed application is required to join the group.
