Event Description:
Description: Join in on a very important discussion that impacts all women in corporations.
Women in corporate settings often experience similar hurdles to advancing their careers. In the next event in the 2019 CWCC Corporate Women Series, we'll hear from prominent female leaders as they explore the top three things that prevent women from growing in the workplace:
  • Unconscious Bias & Corporate Culture
  • Lack of Mentorship & Sponsorship
  • Communication & Inner Voice
Topic:  Me Too – It’s a Movement, Not a Moment

#Metoo is not just a flicker in time, but it’s a movement bringing awareness to a system that desperately needs change.  And with a light being shined on treatment of women in the workplace, what are the best next steps for women and men.  What are the positive and negative outcomes of the movement and how do we use this to positively move forward for women and men working together?

Join us for an engaging panel discussion with female and male perspectives on the issue, how we can work together to support one another, and what the future looks like.
