In its second year, this critical event will highlight what our community is doing to create a pipeline of young women into non-traditional careers. Participants from the business community will hear from government, non-profit and for-profit business leaders; all addressing what is being done and what still needs to be done to change the perceived career options for women. We will also profile some change-making, dynamic female students entering both non-traditional fields and non-traditional roles for women. We will also be awarding scholarships to some of these students to help them make the next step in their education and careers.
We are partnering with CWCC Young Professionals on this event to support the success of the next generation of female leaders.
