Leaders of Change Curated Group

We have found great success through our current curated group offerings (forums) where women (and everyone) are able to connect, develop, and grow. We have also seen women rocking the challenging times and taking the opportunities to connect and make deeper connections. 

These groups are designed with an accountability component. In order to grow and make change, your commitment is needed. This is not a pop in as you please program. 

Leaders of Change is designed for leaders in organizations  who are leading employee/internal resource groups (or HR professionals) to provide them tools, education, and resources that they can take back to their group and organization. 

Format:  This group gathers monthly over the lunch hour. Every other month we will have an outside speaker present on a topic that is relevant and meets the needs of the group. The months inbetween will be spent with a group member sharing their best practices, challenges, and ideas.
