The State of Women in Business

As women in business, we have come so far; but as this event recognizes there is still work to be done. Women still hold only 17% of CEO positions and women-owned businesses still face growth hurdles.
Join us September 25th for the CWCC 3rd Annual State of Women in Business Luncheon to explore the data and dig even deeper with prominent thought-leaders who will speak to big-picture issues.
State of Women in Business Emcee: Anne Trujillo, Evening News Anchor, Denver 7

Keynote Presentation: Lindsey Mathews Padrino, Associate Partner, McKinsey & Company
Lindsey’s work focuses on accelerating transformations of individuals, organizations, and communities by unlocking the potential of people. She is the global co-leader of McKinsey’s Growth Academy, which helps organizations build and sustain world-class commercial capabilities.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Lindsey helped lead public education reform efforts in the New York City school system, including a $5B funding reform to improve the transparency and equity school funding, and co-founding a national research-to-action education non-profit.
Lindsey remains passionate about education reform and sits on the boards of both the Colorado Education Initiative (CEI) and CareerWise Colorado.
Lindsey earned her MBA from the Wharton School and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) and history from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Denver native and a proud Patriot, having graduated from George Washington High School.
Lindsey’s favorite thing in the world is to hang out with her husband and three young daughters, learning about the world all over again through their eyes.
