Well Set: Health and Wellness Group: This group brings together like-minded individuals from all membership levels in the chamber who prioritize their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
Format: This group gathers monthly Friday mornings. Every other month, we will have a speaker present on a topic related to our health and well-being. The other months, group members will plan an activity to get out together (or one on one). This could include hiking, dance class, workout class, meditation, walk in the park, etc.
Topic: Yoga Get your Friday started right with a simple morning yoga flow. Get your mind centered and body moving as you finish up your week. This is open to all levels and modifications will be made as needed. Tes Cohen, Certified Yoga Instructor (certified from Kripalu Center) will be leading this 30 minute flow.
We will meet in Wash Park - weather dependent - or we will do this over zoom.
