Job Description
CTL | Thompson, Inc., a consulting engineering firm, is seeking a full-time Payroll Administrator to work in our corporate office in the Denver Tech Center area.  This exciting opportunity is ideal for highly organized individuals who are able to complete tasks accurately and efficiently with attention to detail and problem resolution.  The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:
  1. Compiling and recording employee time
  2. Processing a high volume, multi-state payroll and responsible for the payroll functions
  3. Researching and resolving payroll and tax related issues
  4. Administration of 401k/profit sharing plan
  5. Performing other varied payroll related duties 
The ideal candidate will have five to ten years’ experience in payroll processing and related duties and be proficient in Microsoft Office.  Knowledge of Paylocity, CoBizConnect and Deltek Vision systems a plus.  Advanced education and/or certifications a plus.  High School diploma or equivalent education required.
