SEASONAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN LEVEL I - BOZEMAN

CTL|Thompson, Inc. is seeking a full-time, seasonal Engineering Technician Level I to work in our Bozeman, Montana office.  This opportunity is suited for hard-working, active individuals.  Engineering technicians assist geotechnical and geologic engineers in field observations and testing of materials, such as soils, concrete, masonry and fireproofing.  Duties also include various testing on our materials laboratory.  Engineering technicians prepare daily written or digital reports that transmit results of observations and test results. Individuals convey results to on-site client representatives, project managers and field scheduler.

 

Training is an essential component of this position and individuals with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply.  Areas of training include topics relative to your responsibilities, as well as cross training of other areas to promote future growth and development within our organization.

 

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in accordance with the company automobile insurance policy guidelines is required. Additionally, applicants must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).  Experience, secondary education, and applicable certification are a plus.  The ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs. is required.

 

Full-time, seasonal Level I Engineering Technicians are paid between $15.50 and $19.00 per hour.  Our offer will be based upon individuals experience and qualifications.  Retirement benefits include a 401K plan.
