Our mission of advancing equity was a direct response to the state of our society

When the 2016 presidential election brought our country to an unprecedented level of polarization, Dr. Dwinita Mosby Tyler knew she had to use the platform she developed as a public speaker and HR Executive to impart her EDI work in a new, expansive way. The more she spoke, the more people asked her for additional offerings—and coupled with an urgent need to advance equity in our society, it became unavoidable for her to extend her services to work directly with organizations in need of expert EDI guidance.

Today, the Equity Project brings transformative work to organizations across the globe. Their expertise lies in creating spaces filled with grace for people to show up as they are, and developing actionable strategies to help organizations advance their equity efforts.
