Attorney. Entrepreneur. Writer. Determined.
These are just some of the words people use to describe me. I am based out of Denver, CO and am committed to helping startups, entrepreneurs and businesses navigate the legal side of their passion.

Prior to opening my own firm, I practiced real estate, corporate and finance law, first with Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLP, a law firm based out of Atlanta, and then with Arent Fox, a law firm based in Washington, D.C. From there, I moved to in-house corporate finance counsel at Sallie Mae, Inc. After moving to Denver, I started my own writing company and now I have my own law firm.

Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, I attended Emory University for both undergraduate and law school. When I’m not helping businesses exceed their goals, you can find me either spending time with my family exploring the mountains, reading, writing or trying to improve my green thumb in the garden.
